TFH is a 23 year old company founded to improve the
health and lives of women. They do this by providing
health products and access to health information not
available through other channels. While TFH is a very
successful retail company, they knew they could use
the Internet to serve women better.
AMAZING was hired for three tasks:
- integrate all the product lines into a single attractive
and functional Web site, keeping in mind that the
average menopausal women is not an Internet guru
- make online shopping easier
- drive customers to the site through continuous improvement
of the site's features
When TFH started working with Amazing sales on their
online catalog were around $1,000/month. By working
on the functionality, usability, and promotion of their
site we've raised their sales to $20,000+ per month
from the online catalog. AMAZING continues to work with
TFH to refine their Internet strategy and smoothly implement
that strategy to bring the customer value.
