Here we are, shadows on the Playa. Check out the larger version.

This is a closeup of The Blender Bike. Yes, that is a gas powered blender mounted on the back of a bicycle. Check out the larger version. Where else can you go where a man on a bike will roll up to your camp and turn your ice into tasty drinks? Tip for first timers - bring things to trade and give away to friendly strangers like this fine citizen.

Jess and Jeff get down to breakfast at Chef Juke's Kitchen. Remember, you could come out to the desert and suffer, or you could live like a king. Your choice.

Every great camp starts with a great shade structure. Dan, our chief engineer used the plans from Space Lounge to build our space. One big military surplus parachute, a whole bunch of plastic plumbing, some rebar stakes, and about eight people later and you've got space for all your pals. Big version.

And for sleeping - the mini domes. Same principle as the big dome, but for just a few people to sleep in. Lesson learned - use a darker colored parachute, the white parachute doesn't stop the powerful playa sun.

Monique puts the finishing touches on the Mystic Meatball, head of the Aesthetic Meatball Foundation.

Jeff and Jess relaxin'.
